Coverage
Nationwide shipping across India.
We currently do not ship internationally.
Processing & Dispatch
Dispatch Time: Within 1–2 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
Orders placed after business hours, on Sundays, or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Address or payment verification issues may extend processing times; we’ll reach out if we need anything.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated Delivery: 4–7 business days depending on your location (metros are usually faster; remote PIN codes can take longer).
Delivery estimates exclude Sundays and public holidays and are not guaranteed—unforeseen delays (weather, festivals, operational constraints) can occur.
Shipping Partners
We ship via trusted logistics providers, including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart & others. Carrier selection may vary by route, weight, and serviceability.
Tracking
Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once dispatched.
Please allow a few hours for the first scan to appear after you receive the tracking link.
Shipping Fees
Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout based on weight, destination, and ongoing promotions.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions; eligibility will be visible at checkout.
Multiple Items / Split Shipments
To deliver faster, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels. Each parcel will have its own tracking link.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts
Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address and an active phone number.
Our carriers may make 1–3 delivery attempts. If the parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address, repeated non-availability, or refusal, we can reship after confirming details. Reshipping fees may apply.
Remote / Unserviceable PIN Codes
If your PIN code is temporarily unserviceable, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives (different address, delayed dispatch, or cancellation with full refund).
Order Modifications
You can request an address change before dispatch by contacting us (details below).
After dispatch, address changes or redirection are typically not possible.
Packaging & Damage in Transit
Products are securely packed. If you receive a damaged or tampered parcel, please:
1. Note it with the delivery agent if possible, and
2. Contact us within 48 hours with your order ID, photos/video of the outer box and product.
We’ll investigate with the carrier and assist with a replacement or resolution.
Delays & Force Majeure
Events beyond our control (extreme weather, lockdowns, strikes, peak-season congestion) can affect transit times. We’ll keep you informed whenever we can.
Undelivered / Lost Parcels
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, reach out to us. We’ll raise a ticket with the carrier and resolve with a replacement or refund as applicable.
