Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including pricing) and change or update information at any time without prior notice. You agree to pay all charges, shipping, taxes, and fees applicable to your order.

6) Order Acceptance & Cancellation

An order is accepted when we send an order-confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. After dispatch, our standard return policy (if applicable) applies. We may cancel an order (and refund you) if an item is unavailable, there is a pricing/stock error, or we suspect fraud.

7) Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier unless required otherwise by law. Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate.

8) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy page for eligibility, timelines, and non-returnable items. Unless otherwise stated, items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after quality checks.

9) User Content (Reviews, Comments)

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content, you grant ToWish.in a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the site and our services. Do not post unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
